Each year more than 700 students choose to transfer to East Stroudsburg University to complete their degree programs.

To encourage and facilitate smooth transfer admission, the university has entered into transfer articulation agreements with the following community colleges.
These agreements outline specific requirements needed to ensure a smooth transfer from the community college to East Stroudsburg University.
