The acceptance packet you will received from us contains very important information including the deadline date to submit your deposit. Please be sure to read all the material sent to you as it will answer many of your questions, we've also included some FAQ's below for you to review.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When is the deposit deadline? Please note deposits should be mailed along with your acceptance form (found on the bottom of your acceptance letter) to the Center for Enrollment Services *Freshmen - May 1, 2010 *Transfer - May 1, 2010 or within 3 weeks from the date of your approval letter (whichever is later)
When will I receive on-campus housing information? For more information visit the Office Residence Life or call 570-422-3460.
*Freshmen: Housing information will be included in the packet you receive on orientation from the Orientation Office.
*Transfer: On-campus housing request forms are enclosed with your official letter of admission. You will also receive information from the University Ridge Apartments. If you are interested in a list of available off-campus rental units the Office of Residence Life can assist you at 570-422-3138.
When will I receive information about orientation? For more information contact the Orientation Office or call 570-422-2860. You must submit your registration deposit to receive information about Summer orientation. Summer Orientation information and reservation forms are mailed in mid-April.
When will I schedule classes? You must pay your $100 registration deposit before you can register or be registered for classes.
*Freshmen: Registration will begin late April 2010. If you have not received registration information by May 1, contact the Center for Enrollment Services at 570-422-2833.

What do I need to know about Financial Aid?
- Be sure to list ESU as your school choice (our code is 003320) on your 2010-2011 FAFSA form.
- Freshmen should submit the 2010-2011 FAFSA by March 1, 2010 & award letters are typically mailed out by April 1st.
- Transfers must submit the 2010-2011 FAFSA by May 1, 2010.

Extra Information for Transfer Students:
- Be sure to submit official final transcripts from all colleges attended, including your final spring grades so they can be posted to your transfer credit evaluation
- We also need your final high school transcript or GED results certificate/official score report
