Cost of Education for the 2009-2010 Academic Year
The cost of attendance (COA) at East Stroudsburg University includes two kinds of costs:
- Education (tuition and required fees)
- Incidentals (books, supplies, transportation, and recreation)
The COA is usually expressed as an academic year figure but is prorated for a student who is attending less than full-time or is attending for only one semester.
The chart below shows actual costs for Pennsylvania and non-Pennsylvania residents during the 2009-2010 academic year.

The fees and charges set forth herein are subject to adjustment at any time. Questions regarding rates and fees should be directed to the Registrar's Office.
The graduate comprehensive tuition fee covers a normal academic load of 9 credit hours per semester. Students are charged the graduate rate per credit hour in excess of 9 credits ($370.00/credit) for Pennsylvania residents and ($593.00/credit) for non–residents.
