Payment Deadlines
  • Spring Semester 2010 - Payment is due on or before the scheduled fee payment dates (to be determined) to avoid late payment charges.
  • Summer Semester 2010 - Payment is due on or before the scheduled fee payment dates (to be determined) to avoid late payment charges.
  • Fall Semester 2010 - Payment is due on or before the scheduled fee payment dates of August 28th and 29th to avoid late payment charges.
Payment Options
  • Personal check, cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) – The Center for Enrollment Services will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Information on how to pay all or part of the charges at East Stroudsburg University will be included in the billing packet.
  • Tuition Pay – A tuition payment plan through Academic Management Service (AMS) is available at ESU. This plan offers a low-cost, flexible system for paying educational expenses from current income through regularly scheduled payments over a period of ten months beginning in June. AMS charges no interest. The annual participation fee for 2008-2009 is $60 (subject to change). Additional information is available from AMS at 1-800-635-0120 or at www.tuitionpay.com. Please note that this program is not available for the summer terms.
  • Tuition Deferment Plan – If your employer reimburses you for tuition, you may qualify for our new tuition deferment plan.
    1. Applicants must be in good standing with the university.
    2. Students will be personally responsible for any charges due to drops or withdrawals from a course.
    3. Students will receive mid-term grades and statements for informational purposes.
    4. Students will be considered delinquent, and no further semesters will be cleared, unless the prior deferred balance is paid in full per the agreement as described.
