Who is eligible?

To be eligible, a student must:

  • Have completed 8th grade but not yet enrolled in 12th grade and attend one of the target schools within Monroe, Lehigh or Northampton Counties.
  • Complete all necessary application forms.
  • Be a "potential first generation college student" (that is, parents do not have a four-year college degree) or have a need for financial support in order to attend college. Preference is given to students who meet both criteria.
  • Demonstrate at least a 2.00 (C) grade point average in core courses (mathematics, English, laboratory science, and social studies)
  • Must be US Citizen or permanent resident.
