Robert Ackerman, Ph.D, CCC-SLP, J.D. (rackerman@po-box.esu.edu) Professor of Speech Pathology & Audiology B.A., 1972, SUNY at Albany M.S., 1976, Townson State University Ph.D., 1982, Wichita State University Research: His research interests include language disorders, neurogenic communication disorders, and phonological disorders. Dr. Ackerman's areas of specialty are clinical process analysis, neural bases of communication, and motor speech disorders. Ann Millett, MS.ED, CCC-SLP (amillett@po-box.esu.edu) Assistant Professor of Speech Pathology & Audiology B.S., 1979, College of St. Rose M.S., 1980, College of St. Rose Bio: She is the externship (graduate internships) coordinator and is responsible for supervision and placements of all graduate externships. Her areas of interest focus on school issues, augmentative communication, sign language, children's language, and phonology.Professor Millett is also the LaRue Hall Speech and Hearing Center Director.
