East Stroudsburg University is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau. The ESU chapter is Xi Beta. The chapter meets twice a year and plans the annual induction of new members. Seniors are invited to join the chapter if they meet the following criteria:

Are in the top 30% of their class
Have a QPA of at least 3.25
