East Stroudsburg University - Academics - Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management - P & J's Cafe

P & J's Café is a teaching operation within the Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management program. The Quantity Food Production and Service class operates P & J's Café. It is a non-profit, 30-seat learning laboratory, with an emphasis on educational rather than business goals. Meal service is provided for faculty, staff, students, and visitors.

Students take responsibility for planning, preparing, and serving both lunch & dinner, which is made up of an entrée, soup/salad/vegetable, bread, dessert, and a beverage.

Seating for lunch is at 12:00 noon on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Reservations are required. The price for lunch is $8.00. P & J's Café accepts cash or check as payment for your meal.
