Bilateral affiliation agreements: ESU has signed agreeements for student exchanges with two foreign universities:

• Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang, China (all majors)
• University of Applied Sciences of Aalen, Aalen, Germany (business administration and economics)

Study abroad providers: ESU has established affiliation agreement with study abroad providers. These are agencies specialized in study abroad experiences. In the past, ESU students have taken advantage of the programs offered through CIS, CEA and Study Abroad Italy. In addition, some students have used other providers that not currently affiliated with ESU, but special permission from the OIP and the financial aid office is required.

National Student Exchange You can study in any of the 190 member universities through NSE. The list includes universities in Canada, the Caribbean and the U.S. Islands.

State System Programs. ESU students have the option to participate in study abroad programs offered by the international office of most PASSHE universities.
