Location   Legon, Ghana
  The campus is located approximately 13 kilometers northeast of Accra, the capital of Ghana. University Avenue extends from the main gate to Legon Hill, where Commonwealth Hall, convocation buildings, an open-air theatre, the Great Hall and a tower donated by the Government of Ghana to commemorate Ghana's independence may be found.

Academic Programs   Agriculture (agricultural economics & agribusiness, agricultural engineering, agricultural extension, animal science, crop science, soil science); Arts (classics, dance, English, linguistics, modern languages [Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, Swahili], music, philosophy, religions, theater arts); Science (biochemistry, botany, chemistry, computer science, geology, mathematics, nursing, nutrition & food science, physics, psychology, statistics, zoology); Social Studies (archaeology, computer science, economics, geography & resource development, history, information studies, nursing, political science, psychology, sociology, social work, statistics). Semi-autonomous school of Administration (accounting, banking & finance, health service administration, human resource, insurance, management studies, marketing, public administration); the Institute of African Studies.
Date   Academic year: early August to late May
  • Semester 1: mid August to late December
  • Semester 2: mid-January to late May
Language   ISEP students are offered a Twi language course two hours/week during the first semester in Ghana. All participants are expected to enroll in this course.
Housing   Students are housed in the International Student Hostel and a meal stipend is provided.
