State System, APSCUF Reach Tentative Agreement, Strike Ends

Late Friday afternoon, we received an announcement that the strike between the faculty union (APSCUF) and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education has been settled. Faculty members will return to work effective midnight tonight. For students that have regularly scheduled classes this weekend, report as scheduled. All other students should follow their class schedules starting Monday, October 24.

The Business and Management Department offers two graduate programs, Management and Leadership in Organizational Behavior and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in partnership with Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

The Management and Leadership in Organizational Behavior is a 33 credit program. The Management and Leadership in Organizational Behavior will challenges students to stretch their understanding of human behavior in organizations and to develop their leadership abilities by engaging them in topics related to individual behavior, interpersonal behavior, group and team behavior, organizational structure, systems, culture, human resource management, career management, diversity and leading organizational change.

In an effort to meet the growing needs of working professionals in the region, East Stroudsburg University has partnered with Shippensburg University to offer their AACSB internationally-accredited MBA program on the campus of East Stroudsburg University.
