East Stroudsburg University offers a number of courses through its Home Study Program. Home Study provides an opportunity for students to take courses while they are away from the campus during the summer. These courses are offered during all three Sessions.

After registering for a Home Study course and prior to the start of the course, the student contacts the instructor to receive course requirements and materials. Students have until the end of Post-Session (unless noted below) to complete their coursework. Students may enroll in a maximum of six credits of Home Study courses in the Pre-Session, only if the courses conclude by the end of the Post-Session. Students must register for these courses in accordance with normal registration procedures. It should be noted that a student may also register for on-campus courses in addition to enrollment in a Home Study course.

Home Study Credit Limit
A maximum of nine credits of home study courses may be counted toward the minimum 120 credits required for graduation. A maximum of six of these may be from one department. Students should contact the instructor, once registration is completed (contact information is listed in the Home Study Courses listed below).
