Camp Brochure

The ESU Wrestling camps are designed to meet the current demands of today's aspiring champions. We strive to accommodate all areas including: technique, strength training, nutrition, and competitive strategies (mental and physical). Our camps will provide a high level of instruction in a stress free environment. We also believe that an optimal ratio of live wrestling (combat) to technical instruction will provide the best possible camp experience.

General Information

• One coach for every 8–10 campers
• Interaction with college coaches and student–athletes
• Free camp T–shirt
• Access to weight room and pool
• 24–Hour on campus police coverage
• All–you–can–eat meals
• Experience living in the university residence halls
• Two campers per room (Three optional)
• Check–in: Sunday 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Check–out: Thursday 1:00 PM
• Day Campers/Commuters on Campus from 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM
• Linens and pillows provided
