Our camp offers a challenging, competitive atmosphere for volleyball players looking to improve all aspects of their game. We strive to provide a safe environment that promotes learning, team–building, competition, and fun!

General Information

Designed specifically to increase skills and knowledge of the game
Instruction by college coaches and players
Competitive environment
One coach for every 10–12 campers
Individual player evaluations provided
Skills taught include:
- Setting – technique and strategy on running an offense
- Hitter training
- Defensive specialist training in serve receive and defense
- Blocking techniques
- Serving
Strength and conditioning sessions
Team building activities
Recruiting session
Free camp T–shirt
Individual Camps
- Check–in: Sunday 12 PM – 1 PM
- Check–out: Thursday 12 PM
- Day campers are on campus from 8:45 AM – 9 PM
Team Camp
- Check–in: Friday 12 PM – 1 PM
- Check–out: Sunday 4:30 PM
