We provide services such as reserving facilities, arranging food service, housing, recreation, transportation and audio visual needs.

Housing for the summer camps and conference groups is provided on campus in East Stroudsburg University's (9) campus residence halls. The number of beds available each summer varies, but groups ranging in size to 1500 can be accommodated on campus. Not sure about staying on campus? Let our Conference Services staff arrange alternate accommodations at a local hotel/motel of your choice.
