Teresa Fritsche Named ESU's Director of Human Resources

Ms. Teresa Fritsche has been named the new Director of Human Resources Management at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Fritsche, who has more than ten years of experience in the field of human resources and finance in higher education was previously the Associate Director of Human Resources at Kutztown University. She began her career in finance and administration as an Assistant Controller at Albright College of Reading, Pa. She earned her master's of education degree in educational leadership at Lehigh University and her bachelor's of science in accounting at Albright College.

In her new position Fritsche will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, management and oversight to the university's office of human resources.

The ESU department of human resource management, under the finance & administration division, manages more than 800 university employees. The department is dedicated to contributing positively to the creation and maintenance of a working and learning environment that enhances employee productivity, provides opportunity for employee development, and encourages commitment to diversity, the university's mission, values, and goals.
