ESU University Dance Company To Present Fall Performance
The University Dance Company at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania will hold its fall performance in the Abeloff Center for the Performing Arts at 7:00 p.m. on November 15, 16, and 17.
The event is open to the general public and tickets may be purchased at the door. Ticket prices are $7 for the general public, $5 for ESU faculty/staff, and $3 for all students, senior citizens, and children. Tickets should be purchased at the door.
The theme for the fall performance is "Multicultural Historical" and will feature a diverse variety of musical and dance styles choreographed to embody different movements of life including love, loss, and joy. Authentic dress will accompany specific dance pieces in order to capture the essence of the dance's origins and historical framework. The use of a wide musical spectrum incorporating traditional as well as contemporary works is sure to appeal to audiences of all ages.
