NOTICE: If you cannot find the information you seek regarding construction bid tabulations and/or construction awards, fax your request to 570-422-3232 ATTN: Michael Crapp. Advertisements for bids can be found on the DGS WEB Site at: http://www.dgs.state.pa.us. The university does not keep a bidders list for construction projects. For construction it is necessary to respond directly to the individual advertisement with the applicable construction bid number.

WEEKLY OPEN HOUSE SAP Purchasing TRAINING.

Your time is valuable and in an effort to help you with training or retraining, the procurement office is happy to announce weekly open house SAP (electronic procurement) training and/or help sessions. Just walk in, no need to call ahead, each Tuesday and Thursday from 2PM to 3PM. Mary Ann Dutter and Bob Kolb will train you on our two SAP dedicated computers at Rosenkrans Hall, Room 218.

These open sessions are available for current campus users as well as new users to the SAP procurement system who are responsible for requisition entry and requisition approval.

You may bring in specific SAP problems, or just come in for a refresher course. If you are new to campus you will receive the full requisition entry or approval training as required.
