Senator Arlen Specter to Tour ESU Business Accelerator — Press Conference to Follow

Senator Arlen Specter will tour the East Stroudsburg University Business Accelerator downtown location at 701 Main Street, Stroudsburg, Thursday, August 7, 2003 at 10 AM. The Senator will hold a press conference following the tour. Members of the media are invited to join the tour before the press conference and are encouraged to be at the 701 Main Street, 3rd Floor location by 9:45 AM on Thursday.

Senator Specter, Chairman of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education will meet with East Stroudsburg University President Dr. Robert J. Dillman and local officials to discuss job creation and economic development in Northeast Pennsylvania.

The senator will be available to field questions from the media regarding the business accelerator and on a variety of other topics following the event.
