Policy Statement:
All first-year students must live on-campus, or commute from their parent’s home, provided they live within Commuting Distance.
Appeal Statement:
Students may submit a written appeal to the Assistant Director of Residence Life and Housing, based on age, life experience, military service, and/or other conditions as defined by the student.
Definitions:
Commuting Distance: Within 45 miles from the campus at ESU.
