Welcome to the East Stroudsburg University centralized event software system for scheduling, tracking, and viewing events.
A place to find events scheduled in Abeloff, Beers, Keystone Room, Lower Dansbury and the University Center.
You will be able to make reservations for Abeloff, Beers and Lower Dansbury through the reservation system (click here).
Reservations for Keystone Room, University Center and Conference Rooms still need to go through the appropriate scheduler. Click here to find out who is responsible for what spaces.
Please note student organizations must make reservation requests for spaces booked by Conference Service their advisor.
General Information:
- When using the site for checking space availability, it should be used as a guide with the understanding that the space may not be available. All requests are on a first come first served basis.
- The Office of Conference Services will continue to assist you in determining the appropriate space if the requested location is not available or is not an appropriate match due to purpose, attendance, or set-up.
- The request is not confirmed until you receive an emailed confirmation from the Office of Conference Services
- We are excited to be able to offer the web-viewer from which will allow us to process your request.
