Community Outreach program is designed to offer programs for adults and children in the community. East Stroudsburg faculty, staff and students teach dance, swimming, CPR, First Aid, Lifeguarding and other children's programs.
Youth Track and Field Program -This program is designed for children (ages 6-12) to be exposed to and compete in multiple Track and Field events. Events include but not limited to: sprinting, distance running, baby hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin (Turbo Jav). Children only need sneakers and water! Aqua Tots - This program is designed for children to develop a comfort level in and around the water, as well as a readiness for learning to swim. Offered only in Spring Semester
Learn to Swim - This program is designed for children to develop in and around the water. Classes range from Beginner through Level 6 in the “Learn to Swim” program for ages 4 and older. Program offered in Fall and Spring Semesters
Community Dance Programs - Programs offered to Childrens and Adults in creative dance, musical theater, Yoga, and pilates.
ESU for Kids - Is a summer camp program for children offering a wide variety of courses designed for children ages 6-16. Experienced, professional instructors are eager to teach and challenge each student. ESU for Kids delivers afordable learning and memorable experience.
