ESU encourages all current or prospective suppliers to register at the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education e- Procurement exchange site, Ariba Discovery. The site is utilized to advertise our bids, as appropriate, and also access the database to identify suppliers for services we need.

After registering, which is a free and fairly simple process, the Supplier will be notified of all bids that meet their NIGP codes, by ESU and other State System Universities.

As a reminder, it is a Supplier’s responsibility to identify any posted opportunities for solicitations, obtain the documents, and respond in the time specified. All inquires for any solicitation will only be addressed by submitting questions through the bid listing on the site.

Visit the State System e-Procurement site Ariba Discovery to view various information regarding solicitations for Bids and RFPs such as postings, documents, addendum's, bid tabs, awards.

PA Department of General Services (DGS) Website

You can also register on the PA Department of General Services eMarketplace website as well as the State System website. Please go to PA eMarketplace to review advertised bid opportunities at East Stroudsburg University or other State System universities, and to add your company to the database.

• You will need to enter "Monroe" in the county search field to see ESU opportunities.
