The Division of Enrollment Management is the administrative area of the University that includes Undergraduate Admissions and Student Enrollment Center (Financial Aid, Scholarships, Student Accounts, Registration, and Student Records). The 2011-12 ESU Division of Enrollment Management Annual Report is now available for your review.

The University has experienced record enrollment over the past four years at the same time that the academic quality and diversity of entering classes has steadily increased to record levels. Admissions for fall 2011 totaled 1368 freshmen and 668 transfer students. The average SAT score of new freshmen enrolled for fall 2011 was 971.2. The diversity of the freshmen class has risen to 19.47%. New initiatives in Philadelphia, PA provided ESU courses and services to adults with prior college credits that have been looking to finish their degrees in Philadelphia. Official University enrollment for fall 2011 was 7,353 students. The Student Enrollment Center processed student class registrations, grade reports, tuition and fee payments, deferments, and waivers for these students and alumni. Additionally, CES processes graduation applications, degree verifications, athletes’ compliance data, and Act 48 hours for ESU faculty members. More than 75% of ESU students receive financial aid, with over $69 million in grants, scholarships, university employment and miscellaneous awards that are processed by CES.
