Services
One-on-One Student Consultation Sessions
The Office of Multicultural Affairs conducts one-on-one consultation with first and second year students. The office also conducts one-on-one consultations with multicultural students on academic probation. In these sessions, staff meet with students to determine their individual needs and/or concerns. The goal of the session is to inform students of the different resources that ESU has available to assist them in managing academic and social concerns. These consultations offer students the support and encouragement often needed to thrive in an academically challenging environment.

Student Satisfaction Surveys
The Office conducts student satisfaction surveys to identify how students feel about the campus activities and the programs. The surveys also allow students to share their opinions of the resources provided on campus.

Multicultural Leadership Training Orientation
Annually, the office hosts leadership training for multicultural students on campus. In this orientation training, students participate in workshops, which focus on leadership values and skills.
